Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide clinical assessments and psychological interventions to improve the mental health of children and adolescents in schools. The successful candidate will develop care management plans in collaboration with community partners and support educators in managing students with mental health conditions. A Master's degree in psychology and clinical skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Educational Psychology from a recognised university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in communication skills (spoken and written); proficiency in a second language (spoken) is preferred.
  • Well-developed clinical assessment and formulation skills.
  • Experience in conducting cognitive and academic assessments (preferred).
  • Eligible for valid registration, licence or practising certificate with an established or recognised psychological professional body.

Job description

The Clinical Psychologist will provide clinical assessment and psychological interventions to improve the mental health of children and adolescents in schools. Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Educational Psychology from a recognised university

  • Proficiency in communication skills (spoken and written); proficiency in a second language (spoken) is preferred

  • Eligible for valid registration, licence or practising certificate with an established or recognised psychological professional body such as SRP, APA, APS or BPS
