Job summary

A local therapy practice in Singapore is seeking a qualified therapist to work with adults, children, and families. The role requires a minimum of two years of experience, particularly in complex cases, and the ability to provide both face-to-face and online therapy. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ongoing supervision. Flexibility in scheduling and proficiency in IT applications are also important.   • To work therapeutically with adults, children and their families
  • Assess and Formulate individualised therapy plans
  • Providing individual and couple interventions using evidence based practice
  • Ability to work face-to-face and online
  • Report writing where necessary
  • Liaising with other professionals e.g. psychiatrists, doctors.
  • Providing talks, workshops and training
  • Working with corporate clients
Competencies Required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a variety of treatment modes including neurodevelopment work.
  • Previous experience working in a private setting with a local population and expats is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Additional experience training and confidence in working with self-harm or suicidality is desirable.
  • Experience of working with complex cases of risk, self-harm, suicidality, OCD, personality disorders, and dual diagnosis.
  • Eligible for registration with SPS.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team e.g. shared cases
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, occasional home visits where necessary
  • Experience in implementing structured change models
  • Committed to attending regular supervision
  • Ability to work with autonomy and be a team player
  • Flexible working in a fast-paced environment that is growing
  • IT skills in Office Applications such as Word, Excel, use of App
