Location & Salary

Location: Near Queenstown MRT
Salary: Up to $5,000 – $6,000/month

Duration Options

• Option 1 – Part-Time: 2-year contract (convertible to permanent)
• Option 2 – Permanent

Working Hours

Part-Time:

• Up to 35 hours per week
• Must be able to work on Fridays
• 2-year contract, convertible to permanent

Permanent (Full-Time):

• Weekdays – Normal Shift: Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:30am–5:40pm
• Weekdays – Open Shop: Mon–Thu: 8:00am–5:30pm | Fri: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Weekdays – Close Shop: Mon–Thu: 10:30am–8:00pm | Fri: 11:00am–8:00pm
• Weekends / Public Holidays – Open Shop: 8:00am–4:00pm
• Weekends / Public Holidays – Close Shop: 12:00pm–8:00pm
• Weekends / Public Holidays – OSH (in-between shift): 9:30am–1:30pm

Job Scope

• Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and pharmacy protocols
• Provide counselling and advice to patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage
• Review and verify prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, legality, and patient safety
• Monitor drug therapies and provide recommendations to optimise treatment outcomes
• Maintain and manage inventory control, including checking expiry and stock replenishment
• Support ward-based pharmacy services and collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with MOH, HSA, and institutional standards for pharmacy operations
• Participate in audits, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
• Experience in PHI (Public Healthcare Institution) and inpatient ward setting is required
