Job Responsibilities

• Manage cardiovascular medication therapies, including review, dispensing, inventory control, and stock reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with current cardiology guidelines and best practices for safe and effective medication use
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and lifestyle guidance
• Conduct medication reviews and support training for healthcare staff to enhance clinical knowledge and reduce dispensing errors
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to strengthen patient safety and clinical outcomes

Job Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or its equivalent
