Job summary

A healthcare consulting firm in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager in Clinical Governance. The role involves supporting clinical governance programs, managing incidents, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure high standards of patient care. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, relevant experience in quality and data analysis skills. A Master's degree is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and dashboards is essential. This position operates Monday to Friday, with office hours from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality or patient safety.
  • Understanding of quality improvement methodologies is essential.
  • Experience with healthcare data systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical governance programmes to enhance patient safety.
  • Manage incidents, conduct root cause analysis and prepare findings.
  • Collect and analyze quality and safety data to prepare reports.

Project management
Familiarity with dashboards (e.g., PowerBI)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Public Health
