We are seeking a dedicated and organized Cleft and Craniofacial Coordinator to support our multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive care to patients with cleft lip, palate, and craniofacial conditions. The incumbent will serve as the central point of contact for patients, families, and clinical teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and coordinated treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care from referral through treatment and follow-up
  • Act as liaison between surgeons, speech therapists, orthodontists, nurses, psychologists, and other specialists
  • Provide family-centred support, education, and resources to patients and caregivers
  • Organise and facilitate multidisciplinary care clinics
  • Maintain accurate patient records and databases for clinical and research purposes
  • Assist in planning outreach programmes, awareness campaigns, and regional collaborations
Qualifications
  • Diploma with relevant years of experience, or bachelor's degree in nursing, Allied Health, or related medical field
