• Review and analyze patient medical records to assign accurate clinical codes (ICD, CPT, or equivalent coding standards).
• Ensure coding compliance with hospital policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support accurate clinical documentation for billing, reimbursement, and statistical reporting.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to clarify diagnoses or procedures where needed.
