Job description

We’re looking for a Clinical Case Manager who is passionate about the healthcare sector and wants to play a part in making a difference in the lives of patients. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and doctors.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the test results and notes before patient visits, ensuring completeness and appropriate annotations
  • Scribe
  • Coordinate, delegate and follow up on management plan after the consultation
  • Alert Oncologist on urgent abnormal test results
  • Update EMR regularly when new information becomes available (e.g. input from patients/families, updates from other co-managing specialists, important test results, and so on)
  • Provide standard memos and letters as appropriate
  • Assist the Oncologist in writing medical reports, as required
  • Assist the Oncologist in managing non-clinical appointments in relation to the clinic schedule
  • Coordinate among the various departments to ensure smooth clinical operation and efficiency
  • Carry out other medical administrative tasks as directed by the Oncologist
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in healthcare industry
  • Pro-active to patients’ needs and able to communicate effectively and work effectively with others in the team to accomplish the goals of the team and the organisation
