Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) seeks an Associate Consultant for National University Hospital in Singapore on a contractual basis. You will be required to carry out duties as directed by the Head of Department in line with the policies of the Hospital, NUHS and MOH, and demonstrate good operative and procedural skills where applicable.

The successful candidate must have a basic medical degree and postgraduate qualifications related to the department’s specialty, be in active clinical

Qualifications

• Possess a basic medical degree and postgraduate qualifications relevant to the department’s specialty.
• Be in active clinical practice.
• Must be registered with the Singapore Medical Council and accredited as Specialists by the Specialist Accreditation Board, Ministry of Health.
• Able to work independently with demonstrated competence in managing patients.
• Confident, takes initiatives and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as directed by the Head of Department in accordance with hospital, MOH and NUHS policies and guidelines.
• Demonstrate good operative and procedural skills where applicable.
