Clinical Application Specialist

Location: Kallang (Nearest mrt: Bendemeer)

Working hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:45pm

Salary: $4500 - $5500

Job Summary
  • Report directly to the Senior Manager, Speciality Care (Ultrasound) to develop and implement product strategies, programs and plans to meet and exceed financial objectives.
  • Provide product technical expertise to users / stakeholders and to work with the Field Sales to conduct effective product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with Ultrasound team to create a calendar of campaigns and events and support its implementation.
  • Continuously review market trends, market dynamics, pricing and positioning to maintain competitiveness and to anticipate future needs.
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote clinical application support to customers for ultrasound systems
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workflow optimization, and clinical education for healthcare professionals.
  • Support installation and commissioning of ultrasound systems in collaboration with the technical service team.
  • Deliver post-sales training and ongoing application support to ensure customer satisfaction and system utilization.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including clinical presentations and product trials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ultrasound imaging techniques, technologies, and clinical applications.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and sales teams to improve system performance and features.
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and clinical training events as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and align new product launch plan and ensure its implementation.
  • Organise product training to new entry sales personnel and refresher training for existing personnel.
  • Collect market intelligence such as competitors’ information, new technologies and share with Field Sales.
Requirements
  • Certified diagnostic medical sonographer or equivalent professional certification
  • Diploma in Medical Imaging, Sonography, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent clinical background.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on ultrasound scanning experience in a clinical environment (e.g., general, OB/GYN, vascular, or cardiac).
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to travel outstation or overseas when required
