A leading healthcare consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Sales Consultant to manage customer interactions and drive sales. The position requires at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, overseeing clinic operations, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance lead generation. Competitive salary of $3000 - $3500 plus commission is offered along with a 5.5-day working schedule.

Clinic Sales Consultant

Salary: $3000 - $3500 + Commission
Working Days: 5.5 days including weekends (Off on Weekdays)
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm / 1pm
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily new leads through face-to-face interaction.
• Track and meet planned sales goals and report results as and when necessary.
• Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the Company’s customer base and ensure strong presence.
• Coordinate with marketing team on lead generation.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain fantastic rapport with customers throughout their smile journey.
• Assist customer payments.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations and staff duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc and general administrative tasks as required by the Management.
