Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for a Clinic Receptionist to manage patient interactions, schedule appointments, and assist with medical billing and insurance claims. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, schedule appointments and process payments.
• Handle incoming calls and email inquiries.
• Assist with TPA, insurance, and Medisave claims processing.
• Chaperone doctors and assist in administrative and clinical support.
• Conduct stock-taking and ensure accuracy.

BJIOS Orthopaedics is a one-stop centre for orthopaedic needs in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Reception duties such as greet and register patients, schedule appointment and process payment
• Handle incoming calls & emails inquiries
• Assist on TPA, Insurances and Medisave processing claims
• Arrange Imaging, Laboratory and Hospital Admission
• Chaperone Doctors and assist in administrative and clinical support
• Conduct stock-taking and ensure accuracy
• Provide Financial counselling and coordinating of patient surgeries
• Reports to Nurse Manager

Requirements

• Candidates at least (GCE) N Level or above
• Fresh grades with No work experience are welcome
• Some medical knowledge in billing software & Insurance Claims is highly preferred
• Openness to learn new skills set and follow SOP standards
• Ability to multi-task and priorities
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients.
• Able to start work in short notice
• Salary based on relevant experience within the healthcare industry
