Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage clinic operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing clinical workflows, as well as patient registrations and inquiries. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in a relevant discipline and has prior experience in a GP clinic. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of clinic operation experience required.
  • Prior experience working in a GP clinic is a must.
  • Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations aligning with service standards.
  • Handle appointment bookings and inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the clinic.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring alignment with service standards and operational requirements.

  • Manage clinical workflow to enhance the quality of patient care.

  • Register patients, dispense medication and collect payments.

  • Handle appointment bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

  • Order medications and consumables.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels, placing orders as needed.

  • Submit government and insurance claims.

  • Maintain overall facility management of the clinic, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.


Requirements


  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in relevant disciplines (healthcare) with 2-4 years of clinic operation experience.

  • Prior experience working in a GP clinic is a must.

  • Experience in new GP clinic set up will be a plus.

  • Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.

  • Possess strong people management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to work and support staggered hours.
