Job description
A. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., MOH, NEA).
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and audit requirements across clinics.
  • Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for clinic operations, ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of Medisave and CHAS claims; ensure readiness for related audits.
  • Maintain proactive communication with external stakeholders including auditors, vendors, and contractors to support operations and compliance.
B. Equipment and Facilities
  • Maintain, ensure safety, and functionality of all clinic facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate and recommend repairs, preventive maintenance, and necessary upgrades.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to plan and execute timely repair and maintenance works.
C. Clinic Operations
  • Ensure effective implementation of corporate policies, SOPs, and operational systems across all clinics.
  • Manage and develop staff performance through coaching, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise clinic teams and direct reports to maintain high service and professional standards.
  • Maintain open communication between HQ and clinic teams to align objectives and improve clinic operations.
  • Work in partnership with dental professionals to ensure consistent delivery of safe and quality patient care.
  • Oversee clinic-level accounting processes, including bank deposits, reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable tracking.
  • Analyse operational and financial data to support informed decision‑making and process improvements.
  • Manage clinic rosters and manpower planning within budgetary constraints.
  • Provide operational coverage and on‑site support during staffing shortages or critical operational issues.
  • Assist in setting and achieving performance targets related to financial, operational, and quality metrics.
  • Oversee patient feedback channels and ensure timely resolution of service issues to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Manage procurement and inventory processes to ensure cost‑effective purchasing and supply availability.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by your immediate superior.
  • Cover superior in his or her absence/leave as acting OM / superior during his or her absence.
