Responsibilities
- Manage reception area
- Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties such as registration, appointment scheduling, and billing
- Handle blood/urine/stool samples and liaise with Laboratory
- Process prescriptions accurately and dispense medicines
- Process billing transactions under different government schemes
- Answer client inquiries, provide information and financial counselling
- Assist the Doctor in chaperoning clients if required
- Manage stock and inventory
- Operate Clinic Management System
- Perform basic health screening assessments
- Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage reception area
- Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties such as: Registration; Appointment scheduling; Billing; Answering phone calls; Arranging bookings for Radiology and Laboratory tests
- Handle blood/urine/stool samples and liaise with Laboratory/specimens collection and delivery
- Process prescriptions accurately and dispense medicines
- Process billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes
- Answer client inquiries, provide information, assurance, and financial counselling
- Assist the Doctor in chaperoning clients, if required
- Manage stock and inventory
- Operate Clinic Management System
- Perform basic health screening assessments, including:
- Height, weight, blood pressure
- Waist, hip measurement, body fat analysis
- Vision testing and Electrocardiogram (ECG) test
- Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
