Collaborate with external parties such as laboratories, pharmacies, and insurance companies, as necessary.
Manage and stock office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, waiting room, and administrative areas.
Follow proper infection control protocols and assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Basic book-keeping.
Provide basic information to patients about clinic procedures and available services.
Prepare examination rooms, ensure cleanliness, proper equipment setup, and availability of supplies.
Assist doctor during patient examinations or minor medical procedures.
