Job summary

A healthcare services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced nursing assistant to support doctors and manage patient care. Responsibilities include assisting with treatment, dispensing medications, and maintaining medical records. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a similar role and be able to work 5.5 days a week. Immediate starters are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor and carry out treatment and nursing procedures for patients.
• Submit the Medisave applications.
• Ensure consultation and procedure rooms are in order.
• Prepare instruments for procedures and assist doctor.
• Dispense medications according to doctors’ prescriptions.
• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries.
• Maintain and update quality records according to guidelines.
• Perform any other nursing and administrative related job scope.

• Prepare instruments for procedures (if any), assist doctor and clean procedure room after procedures.
• Dispense medications according to doctors’ prescriptions.
• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries.
• Maintain and update the quality records according to the standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance and disposition of these records where applicable.
• Perform any other nursing and administrative related job scope.

Requirements

• Atleast 1 year of experience in a similar role or with Medical or Clinical set up is advantageous.
• Able to work 5.5 days work week
• Immediate starter is preferred
