A charitable healthcare organisation is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Partner with Operations, Clinical Services, and Strategic Partnerships to implement initiatives that support revenue targets for the medical centre.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, including cost management, inventory oversight, and accurate end‑of‑day collections.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the Head of Operations.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to plan staffing needs and supervise Patient Service Associates across all centres.
  • Ensure all centre policies, SOPs, and work instructions are properly implemented and followed.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of key documents, such as medical reports, before dispatch.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and collaborate with Operations and Quality teams on service improvements.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and NPS targets, identify service gaps with the Quality team, and support complaint investigations and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Facilities on equipment calibration, quality control, inventory, repairs, and preventive maintenance, ensuring proper records.
  • Support the implementation and audit of clinical processes in partnership with Operations and Quality teams.
  • Stay updated on all health screening and medical centre services, coordinate meetings when required, and assist in onboarding new staff.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in healthcare operations, with proven supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
  • Able to work a 5.5‑day work week.
