Job summary

A healthcare group in Singapore is seeking individuals to assist in daily clinic operations, including patient registration, medication dispensing, and administrative tasks. Candidates should have at least a GCE O level and relevant experience in a healthcare setting. Ability to speak Mandarin or Malay is an advantage. To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following:

Counter duties

• Registration of patients, temperature taking, weight taking.
• Familiar with Patient Risk Profile Portal.
• Dispensing of medication and collection of payments
• Perform COVID-19 / Influenza Swabs/ ECG
• Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease and remind patients of their upcoming appointments
• Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.
• Administrative tasks
• Submission of claims eg Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting.
• Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.
• Diligent and willing to learn
• Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals)
• Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal.
• Familiar with TPA claims.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage, in order to communicate with and dispense medications to Chinese and Malay speaking patients who are unable to speak English
• Able to work on weekdays evening shift 5.30pm to 9pm and weekend preferred
