  • Attend to walk-in and call-in patients' enquiries.
  • Manage patients' feedback and enquiries.
  • Perform service recovery.
  • Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and post-consultation and procedures.
  • Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery for clinic.
  • Perform any duties as assigned.

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours, Sat half day

Location: Serangoon
