A healthcare recruitment company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for counter duties including registration and payment collection. Salary: up to $2600
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours, Sat half day
Location: Serangoon
Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and dispensing of medication
Attend to walk in and call in patients' enquiries
Manage patients' feedback and enquiries
Perform service recovery
Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and post-consultation and procedures
Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary
Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery for clinic
Perform any duties as assigned
Min Diploma in any course
