Job description

What You’ll Do

• 🖊️ Handle patient registration, and payments.
• 📅 Assist with appointment bookings and health screenings.
• 👥 Provide to quality service to walk‑in patients and phone inquiries.
• 📊 Support the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks and data tabulation, assist Dr and ensure clinic cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• 💼 Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• 😊 A customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.

Full‑Time

• Able to work shifts. Mon‑Thurs, Sat 9am‑1.30pm, Mon‑Thurs 5pm‑9.30pm. PM closed. PH closed.
• SG/PR.

Part‑Time

• Mon‑Thurs, Sat 9am‑1.30pm, Mon 5pm‑9.30pm. PM closed. PH closed.
• SG/PR.

Clinic located opposite Bukit Gombak MRT station.
