• Send treatment reminders and update patient records accurately.
• Assist patient with dispensing prescribed medications and providing clear after‑care instructions.
• Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments, issuing receipts, and processing CHAS, Medisave, and other insurance claims.
• Record all treatment charges and retail sales.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentable front desk area.
• Assist Clinic Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Min O level
• Min 2 years experience as clinic reception
• Working hours 5.5 days a week (shift)
• Proficient in computer skills
