Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a clinic assistant or Patient Service Associate (PSA).

• Ensure clinic's operational readiness based on service standards.
• Assist with patient registration, discharge, appointment bookings, and billing.
• Provide chaperone assistance to healthcare staff and prepare consultation documents.
• Attend to requests via email and phone.

Job description

• Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
• Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing.
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
• Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.
• Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Min N / O level
• Min 1 to 2 years of Clinic assistant / PSA experience
