Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Clinic Assistant to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our clinic and providing an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk in. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Front Desk Management:

  • Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk efficiently.
  • Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our clinic management system.
  • Manage patient registration, check‑ins, and check‑outs.
  • Process payments and handle basic financial transactions.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage inventory of clinic supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable.

Clinical Support (Non‑Medical):

  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient consultations.
  • Assist the chiropractors with basic, non‑clinical tasks as directed.
  • Guide patients through their visit and ensure their comfort.
  • Educate patients on clinic policies, services, and wellness products.
