What We Offer

Nasdaq eVestment is looking for a Client Success Specialist (Nasdaq Evestment - Japanese speaker) to work with some of the most sophisticated Asset Owners, Asset Managers and Investment Consultants in APAC.


This role will focus on serving our clients across APAC, building and maintaining effective long‑term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key users and decision makers. Creates new and expanded demand for the Nasdaq eVestment products and services with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product / service strategies.


This is a permanent full‑time role based in Hong Kong or Singapore following a hybrid work model setup.

What You Will Do


  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer partners and executive sponsors to ensure they are using the Nasdaq eVestment platform to achieve full business value.

  • Cover all new and expanded clients in the APAC region.

  • Build and maintain effective long‑term relationships and platform usage with key senior‑level decision makers of customer accounts.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, track the pulse of your clients and help them get the most out of our products and services.

  • Monitor and recommend strategies to increase user usage and adoption.

  • Coordinate internal implementation, reporting needs, training and product resources as needed.

  • Partner with the Sales and Relationship Manager Team to identify client upsell opportunities.

  • Conduct strategic business reviews to gauge progress, identify areas for improvement, gather and maintain key client metrics to achieve both client and company objectives.

  • Handle multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities.

  • Track client information in Salesforce.

  • Review contracts to ensure all activities are within the terms of the contract.

  • Prepare various reports to help handle and understand your clients, such as top clients, clients at risk, quality of success, and stage of implementation.


What We Expect


  • Shown experience of Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management at a financial software company, an asset management or asset owner, including endowments, foundations, family office, pension funds, fund‑of‑funds and investment consultants.

  • In‑depth understanding of the unique dynamics, cultural nuances, and business landscapes within the APAC institutional investment industry.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience handling external client relationships.

  • Ability to lead client calls and have a high comfort level with conflict resolution.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Ability to work closely and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of institutional investment markets a plus.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi‑task and perform effectively under pressure.

  • Self‑starter who is eager to learn the business at a fast pace.
