Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Interest in sales, customer service or client management.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with prospects and customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or programmes.
• Assist with sales activities including lead conversion, upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Keep customer records and follow-up information updated.
• Support other client management and sales initiatives as required.
