Join our innovative team as a Client Success Executive, where you'll collaborate closely with our creative masterminds and content creators to craft compelling paid social content. You'll gain hands‑on experience pitching to esteemed brands, executing impactful campaigns, and optimizing for exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creator Liaison: Forge meaningful collaborations with HCN’s creators as their primary point of contact, ensuring crystal‑clear communication, seamless proposal facilitation, and timely submission of deliverables, including overseeing creative development and content production.
  • Creative Collaboration: Join forces with HCN’s creators as well as in‑house creatives to craft compelling pitches that resonate with clients’ campaign objectives.
  • Client Servicing: Elevate client satisfaction through strategic proposals, on‑point execution, insightful campaign reports, and exceptional campaign performance.
Ideal Candidate
  • Possess 1-3 years of client account servicing experience within media, public relations or digital agencies.
  • Avid consumer of content creators’ work and passionate about redefining branded content possibilities.
  • Exhibit a keen understanding of consumer trends on social media, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong presentation, analytical and business‑judgement skills.
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving capabilities, skillfully navigating demanding timelines.
