Client Success Analyst-- Hybrid out of Singapore

The Client Success Analyst will handle client inquiries while providing a high level of technical support to the Intapp user community. This full-time position offers a strong career growth opportunity to develop valuable skills working among an enthusiastic team in Singapore. The analyst will ensure all high priority issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

What you will do:

  • Consultative Support:The Analyst is expected to fully learn the Intapp DealCloud products and services, and will be responsible for offering client best practices and a consultative approach to ongoing client support

  • Client Education:Assist clients with questions regarding training, platform configuration, work flow and new processes

  • Quality:The Analyst will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of solution quality in the eyes of our clients

What you will need:

  • Client Success or Technical/Product Support experience required

  • Competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite required

  • An undergraduate business, computer science degree or other related degrees

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in partnership with clients

  • Superior troubleshooting, evaluative, and technical problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a “whatever it takes to get it done” mentality

  • Willingness to roll-up up your sleeves to get the job done while contributing to the overall success of the company

  • Strong organizational skills and is an effective planner

  • Experience with Zendesk & SQL is a plus!
