Job summary

Pantheon in Singapore is seeking a Client Solutions Intern to support the Product Strategy and RFP team, assisting business development and fundraising by preparing client materials, RFPs and ad-hoc projects for the wider business.

The role is global in scope, working with London and Singapore teams, and requires strong academics, English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage data, presentations, and client due diligence materials.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Prior internship or exposure to financial services is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality client deliverables such as marketing presentations and DDQs.
• Support business development and fundraising across regions by coordinating inputs.
• Maintain and update data sources for client due diligence materials.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives to support client solutions growth.
