A leading global supply chain provider in Singapore is hiring a Client Services Executive to enhance customer relations and optimize service delivery. Applicants should have a minimum Diploma in Business and at least 2 years of experience in customer service and order management. Responsibilities include coordinating client requirements, problem resolution, and providing business reports. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $3,800 and operates Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day aspects of Clients' business requirements.
• Provide customer service support and respond to client inquiries.
• Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
• Ensure resolution of all problems and issues from Clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet client operational requirements.
• Initiate continuous process improvements.
• Provide business reports to Management and clients weekly/monthly.
