A luxury bridal boutique in Singapore is seeking a Client Services and CRM Executive to handle client interactions and maintain CRM records. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, ideally in luxury retail or client services. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting the administrative tasks. This is a full-time role, requiring excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Our client is a renowned luxury bridal boutique, celebrated for its curated collection of exquisite designer gowns available for rental. They are seeking a Client Services and CRM Executive to manage end-to-end client interactions, maintain accurate CRM records, and support personalized service experiences that strengthen client relationships.
Handle client inquiries such as phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring smooth flow of consultations and fittings.
Maintain CRM system accuracy and hygiene, updating client profiles and records consistently.
Prepare daily settlements and support administrative financial tasks.
Perform administrative closure tasks, including documentation and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Min 2 years of experience in luxury retail, bridal, or client services is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho and Airtable is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, during office hours.
