Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for clients and provide support.
• Analyse and resolve client questions and requests promptly.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to solve complex issues.
• Document and maintain the Client’s requests/enquiries in the ticketing tool.
• Drive innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
