  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to address maintenance or operational needs.
  • Monitor park usage, occupancy, and performance to support planning and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and initiatives to enhance service quality and park efficiency.
