Job Scope:

Possess a strong understanding of the company's profile and services with the ability to promote them effectively to clients.

Demonstrate knowledge of the company's art storage facilities, floor plans to confidently present and recommend them to clients.

Maintain familiarity with Operations and Processes.

Utilise Salesforce for customer relationship management, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates.

Stay informed about competitors and key accounts to build and sustain excellent relationships with key clients.

Deliver exceptional customer service, including preparing cost estimates, drafting quotations, coordinating service execution and ensuring proper documentation in Salesforce.

Possess intermediate knowledge of proper art handling, packing/unpacking crating/uncrating methods, packing materials, and installation/deinstallation of basic art works.

Reporting and documenting any incidents in company system.

Assist in conducting site or job surveys, and participate in planning, preparation, and practice prior to project execution.
