Your Role:

As a Client Service Executive, you will be the trusted partner for your clients, managing relationships while ensuring exceptional delivery of branding, marketing, digital and communication projects.

Beyond project management, you'll work alongside strategists, creatives, content creators and digital specialists to develop compelling campaigns and content that help clients achieve their business goals. You'll also play an important role in identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and support new business initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, communication needs and marketing priorities.
• Lead client meetings and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Translate client briefs into clear project scopes, timelines and actionable deliverables for strategy, creative, digital, content and production teams.
• Coordinate and manage branding, marketing, digital, content and integrated communication projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain quality control of all client-facing deliverables, ensuring they are strategically aligned, creatively strong and delivered to the highest standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, documentation, approvals and risks using project management and collaboration tools.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, project updates, reports and other client communications to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaigns and content for social media, websites, digital platforms, video and other marketing channels.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the planning, coordination and execution of content calendars and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Review and coordinate content to ensure it aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines and communication strategies.
• Monitor campaign, website and content performance, using analytics and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through new initiatives, campaigns and strategic recommendations.
• Support business development activities by assisting with pitches, proposals, presentations, prospect research and new client opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to bring fresh ideas and value-added solutions to clients.
• Represent SiliconPlus professionally while contributing to a collaborative, solutions-driven culture that delivers exceptional client experiences and business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in branding, creative, advertising, marketing or digital agency.
• Strong client servicing and project management experience across multiple accounts.
• Good understanding of branding, integrated marketing, digital communications and social media.
• Familiarity with content creation processes, including social media content, digital campaigns and creative production workflows.
• Experience coordinating content production, campaigns or digital marketing initiatives is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with CMS platforms, social media platforms, analytics dashboards and project management systems.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and project collaboration tools.
• Commercial awareness with an interest in account growth, client development and business opportunities.
• Curious, proactive and resourceful, with a passion for creativity, storytelling and delivering exceptional client experiences.
