Description

Responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the delivery of corporate services. This role ensures smooth onboarding, timely communication, and coordination between clients and internal teams. The executive maintains service quality, assists with documentation, and helps address client enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Manage onboarding of new corporate clients and explain service scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (secretarial, compliance, accounting) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client communication records and service logs.
  • Assist with preparation of service agreements and proposals.
  • Respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly.
