Are you passionate about building meaningful partnerships and driving transformative business outcomes for leading brands in the APAC region? We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Client Partner to join our Singapore GBG in-market team, managing a portfolio of our most influential clients across the region. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with Executive stakeholders, Marketing Leaders, decision makers across multiple markets, collaborate with regional colleagues, and make a direct impact by driving growth for our large clients in the region

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate persuasive communication and influence to align stakeholders and accelerate business outcomes

  • Champion operational efficiency by streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality execution across all client initiatives

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of large, strategic clients in the APAC market, ensuring their business objectives are met through Meta’s solutions
  • Manage and influence multiple stakeholders within client organizations across the region, building trust and driving alignment on strategic initiatives
  • Product Mindset & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Exhibit a experience of product mindset by identifying client needs and product gaps, and working closely with internal teams to bridge those gaps and deliver innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with in-market and regional teams to share best practices, align on strategies, and scale successful programs
  • Serve as an internal mentor to CSMs and contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative and accountable team work environment

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing large, complex accounts within a specific market or region (ideally APAC), with a track record of driving business growth
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple industries within the region
  • Operational and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Experience in both brand and advanced DR campaign management
  • Product acumen and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions
  • Evidenced success with communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members, and contributing to a positive team experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with accountability and empathy
