Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Client Onboarding specialist for a major bank to lead CDD execution, client documentation reviews, and onboarding workflows. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, run daily screening alerts, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The role requires 10+ years in banking CDD, strong AML/CFT knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills to liaise with regional teams and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in CDD and account static data management within banking.
• Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, AML/CFT frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact across regional operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer due diligence (CDD) execution and client documentation reviews in compliance with local regulations.

• Oversee account set-up, static data maintenance, and administrative control functions for dormant accounts and audit requests.
