Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks an experienced Client Onboarding Team Lead for a leading bank. You will guide and mentor a team of junior specialists, drive operational efficiency, and ensure accurate onboarding across business units.

You will supervise onboarding for high-net-worth clients, lead periodic reviews, remediate CDD discrepancies, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in process improvements and system testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client due diligence and onboarding within wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices.
• Analytical, multitasking, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in process optimization projects, system enhancement testing, and local standard operating procedure updates.
