Job description

Our client, a company specialising in providing high-end security consulting and incident response support to organizations worldwide, is looking for an Client Leader Manager to join its Client Leadership team, focusing on the Philippines market while being based in Singapore. Proven experience in client management, business development, or account leadership, preferably within cybersecurity, consulting, or technology services.

Based in Singapore, with approximately 20% travel to the Philippines and within Southeast Asia.

The role involves managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in leading organizations across the Philippines.

Main responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with leading organizations in the Philippines market, serving as a trusted client advisor;
  • Drive new business opportunities and expand existing client engagements by attending events, developing proposals, and leading business development discussions;
  • Understand client needs and challenges across both technical and executive levels, ensuring the successful delivery of the company's services;
  • Collaborate closely with Sygnia’s delivery and technical teams to scope, review, and present deliverables and engagement outcomes;
  • Represent Sygnia in meetings and discussions with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior decision-makers; and
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the client leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with the Philippines market, including its business culture and client dynamics;
  • Fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) and English, both verbal and written, is required to effectively engage with the customer base;
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in client-facing or consulting roles;
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with senior clients and partners;
  • Proactive, independent, and hands-on approach, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to both strategic and technical details;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a requirement; cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, C-CISO) are an added advantage.
