Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding client accounts, and driving revenue growth by promoting M2 Talents’ recruitment and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across diverse industries.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their manpower requirements.
  • Present and promote M2 Talents’ suite of services including recruitment, staffing, and work-pass advisory.
  • Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client communication logs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment services.
  • Prior experience in the employment agency, HR consultancy, or manpower services sector will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s employment regulations and manpower industry practices preferred.
