Role Overview:

Phillip Securities is expanding our Wealth Management business and seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Engagement Specialist to promote unique long-term investment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that combines sales engagement, investment product knowledge, and process improvement. You will also have the opportunity to obtain your Financial Advisor (FA) licence and advance your career in wealth management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with in-house sales teams to promote and increase adoption of investment solution products (e.g. SBP, RSP, SmartPortfolio, SmartPark, etc).
  • Identify client opportunities, follow up on leads, and support client acquisition efforts including cross‑channel initiatives
  • Obtain the FA licence for Managed Accounts within the first 6 months of joining.
  • Provide feedback to Product Managers to improve product features, marketing materials, and client experience.
  • Be the driver of change by working with Business Analysts and internal stakeholders to review and enhance the client journey and operational processes.
  • Strive to be the subject matter expert and become an advocate in building wealth with our platform through investment solution products
