Job description

Join our dynamic team to enhance document review processes for new account submissions. We seek detail-oriented individuals passionate about continuous improvement and timely task execution.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct reviews of account opening applications and supporting documents during the onboarding process.
  • Manage and execute changes relating to Know Your Customer (KYC) maintenance requests, including adjustments to structure, beneficial ownership, and authorized signers.
  • Implement updates and modifications as per inter-departmental or client instructions, such as address verifications and identification submissions, including blocking and unblocking procedures.
  • Address outstanding document-related issues, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concerns.
  • Participate in internal projects and working discussions.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations and work independently.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and evaluative skills; knowledge of the Avaloq system is an advantage.
