Job summary

You will work with the sales team to address customer questions, maintain detailed notes, and may extend or stagger hours as needed to support business requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review customers’ profile, products purchased and update customer’s MWP (My Wealth Planner) into a centralized record for callbacks.
• Reach out to customers via recorded phone to confirm advisory details, products and risks following a script.
• Maintain accurate records of outcomes of customer calls.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promptly escalate or relay customer concerns.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed; may extend or stagger hours when required.
