Clarist Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking committed individuals for Senior / Client Advisor roles. You will maintain a clean, welcoming product floor, stay updated on products, pricing and promotions, and greet customers with knowledgeable purchasing options.

You will manage transactions at the cashier, promote sales opportunities identified in conversation, develop cross-selling strategies, and assist customers with returns and exchanges, contributing to an exceptional shopping

Formación

• Relevant experience preferred, not required.
• Pleasant, discreet and flexible disposition to adapt to changes in the environment.
• Superior communication skills with customers and team
• Proven capabilities in a customer service or sales role
• Conscientious, professional appearance

Well – established retailers is currently seeking for committed individuals for positions of Senior / Client Advisor!

Budget for this role: S$3300 (Basic Salary)

Job Scope

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized product floor, and ensure a welcoming, customer-friendly environment
• Maintain updated knowledge on current products, pricing, and promotions
• Manage financial transactions and purchases using cash registers and appropriate software systems
• Greet customers and provide them with purchasing options based on their needs and wants, demonstrating knowledge regarding the merchandise and company
• Follow through on an exceptional customer experience by presenting customers with product promotions and sale opportunities as identified through conversation
• Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
• Assist customers with returns and exchanges

Requirements
