Cadmus Resources' client, a MAS-licensed multi-family office in Singapore, is expanding its advisory team and seeks experienced Client Advisors who desire more independence and a larger share of the value they create.

You will manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, advise on investments, wealth structuring and succession planning, working with specialists, onboard new clients, and ensure MAS/KYC compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years in private banking or related RM role.
• Established transferable client book.
• Comfort with revenue-share remuneration and no base salary.
• Strong investment knowledge and wealth planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, acting as their main point of contact
• Advise clients on investments, wealth structuring and succession planning, working with the firm's investment and family office specialists
• Onboard new clients and transition existing relationships to the platform
• Ensure all client activities meet MAS regulatory, KYC and compliance requirements

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a private banker, client advisor or relationship manager
• An established, transferable client book
• Comfortable with a performance-driven, revenue-share remuneration model with no fixed base salary
• Strong understanding of investment products and wealth planning
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and relationship-focused
