About the Role:

As a Client Account Service Executive, you will support account managers in strengthening client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role involves a mix of client communication, administrative coordination, and sales support to help maintain and grow our client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction with pest control services.
  • Coordinate schedules, service appointments, and documentation related to client accounts, including contracts, billing, and service reports.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding services, pricing, or pest-related concerns.
  • Process service renewals, upsells, and new orders, ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with client agreements.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, technicians, and sales teams to address issues and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations to support client retention and new business efforts.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account coordination, customer service, or an administrative role. Experience in pest control, hospitality, or facilities management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage client accounts efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
