About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to handle and grow our B2B travel client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, onboarding new agents to our B2B platform, and driving corporate client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
  • Conduct client outreach via email, phone calls, and physical visits to promote our services.
  • Onboard new B2B partners onto our online travel platform and ensure smooth activation.
  • Identify and secure new corporate clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing client support, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B client management within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable with both office and field work.
  • Knowledge of airline ticketing, GDS systems, or corporate travel management is an advantage.
