Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent self-organization and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:

• support our private bankers known as Client Advisors in our Greater China desk in Singapore to deliver exceptional client service and experience
• be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• support with documentation for client meetings, investment proposals and the like
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

Your team

You'll be working in our Global Wealth Management business division in Singapore. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients in APAC.

Your expertise

• at least 5 or more years of assistant relationship manager experience preferably in a private bank or in a supporting role including in private banking operations
• university degree or institute of higher education, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 to be licensed for the role
• an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and Mandarin (which would be advantageous in serving our APAC clients)
• ability to work accurately and efficiently, excellent self-organization and communication skills
• a highly motivated team player who enjoys helping others and has a sense of teamwork
• highly adaptable, versatile and with agility mindset to adjust in constant changing environments
• are resilient and responsible, able to work and be focused under pressure
• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
