Tashan Management Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring Assembly Technicians for hands-on production roles at Tai Seng. You will perform precise assembly tasks in a cleanroom, support quality inspections, handle materials, and maintain accurate records to meet programme standards.

The role offers structured training and onboarding with no prior cleanroom experience required, plus monthly incentives and a contract pathway. This position is based in Singapore and follows a day-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly/manufacturing to support precision work.
• Ability to perform structured, repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with strong process discipline.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and support production tasks within a cleanroom environment to ensure product quality.
• Handle materials and replenish production lines to maintain continuous workflow.
• Support quality inspection processes by preparing and organizing materials and products.
• Pack finished products according to programme specifications to ensure safe delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with programme requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE consistently to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate task queries and issues promptly to supervisors to resolve production challenges.
